Pool and Tennis Court Access
In 2022, we transitioned to a new Gate Access System for the Pool & Tennis Courts.
All Residents will need request access as previous Pool Access Cards will no longer work.
ELECTRONIC GATE ACCESS
To provide additional security and safety in the recreation amenities throughout Silverleaf, we now have self-locking gates and electronically controlled access system for the Pool and Tennis Courts

How Does This Work?

Three gates will be equipped with the new self-locking gate:

Main front gate at the pool

Side gate near the Food Lion side of the pool

Tennis court gate near the children's play area

A Bluetooth reader will be installed near each gate.

Placing your smartphone or key fob* near this reader will open the gate.

​Each time you visit the pool or tennis courts, you scan your Smartphone
(using the Paxton App) or physical key fob*.

HOW TO GET ACCESS
Every Silverleaf Homeowner (and applicable renters) in good standing will be given Smartphone access free of charge. (All user must be over the age of 14, since children under 14 must be with an adult.) In addition, physical key fobs can be purchased for a small fee, but the easiest way to access the amenities is with the app.

SmartPhone Access

To request access, each resident in the household will need to submit an online request.

Each request must be validated by an HOA Board member (to ensure non-residents of Silverleaf are denied).

Once approved, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to finalize access. Check your spam folder! The e-mail will be titled "Smart Credential Added Confirmation" and will come from support@paxton10portal.com

The e-mail will instruct you to download the Paxton Key app, and will also include a link to register. You must fully complete registration to link your account and gain access to the pool and tennis courts.
*Physical Key Fob

Physical key fobs are available for users without a smartphone or prefer a physical access "card."

Any Homeowner or applicable renter may purchase a key fob for $20 each.

Key fobs are meant to be shared within a single household only; DO NOT give your key fob to any guests or any child under the age of 14.

To request a key fob, please submit a request for pickup at the pool during pool hours.
PAXTON KEY APP
The Paxton Key app allows access with your smartphone or smartwatch allows access through doors - without even having to take your device out of your bag or pocket. Utilizing built-in Bluetooth wireless technology, your smart device can securely communicate with the token reader to grant access.

The free Paxton Key app is available for iOS and Android phones, as well as Apple Watches and Wear OS devices. Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download on your device.

The Silverleaf HOA Board reserves the right to revoke any homeowner’s / household’s access for noncompliance with community pool rules and non-payment of annual dues.
