COVID-19 Message

To All Silverleaf Neighbors:

Due to COVID-19 outbreak, schools and colleges have closed and students are now home. Many neighbors are also working from home. Please be mindful of noise for neighbors who are working during the day and in the evenings. We understand there will be some overflow parking in the streets during this time but please keep this to a minimum as there will be more drivers in the neighborhood during this time. If you are having issues with neighbors due to noise or parking, please talk with your neighbors so you can come to a compromise. Please practice patience, understanding and a willing-to-help attitude since this is a stressful situation. If you need anything and cannot go out, please let the board know and we will find volunteers who can help ( Thank you.

Silverleaf Trash Service Recommendation

The Homeowner’s Association is recommending all homeowners to consider changing their Weekly Trash Service to Palmetto Waste Service. Many residents have switched & have been very pleased with Palmetto Waste Service. Please consider the program & help the HOA to accomplish a single trash service in the neighborhood.

Palmetto Waste Service Program for Silverleaf Homeowners are:

1. Weekly Trash Service:  96-gal cart provided Monday pickup.

2. Bi-Monthly Recycle Service: Included with Trash Service; 13-gal recycle container provided; homeowner can use their own larger container; 2nd & 4th Thursday of month.

3. Weekly Yard Service: $25/qtr for 96-gal cart &/or $1/bag; Monday pickup (same day as trash); if tree limbs, shrubs are not in cart or bags, then additional charges per volume on individual basis will be applied.

4. Palmetto Waste Service – 864-616-6790 or 864-498-2271. Call to set up your personnel account with Palmetto Waste & help Silverleaf eliminate the daily Garbage Truck appearance & at the same time save $ for the service provided.

Mail Box Codes!
Please remember that Silverleaf has a Standard Mail Box that needs to be followed to keep the neighborhood uniform. The Post and Large Black Box can be purchased from Ace Hardware. Just ask for the Silverleaf Mail box. Please paint mailbox posts Silverleaf Grey. Ace has all of this on record to make it easier for our residents.
