Silverleaf Subdivision is a quiet neighborhood tucked off of Old Spartanburg Road in Greer, on land that was formerly a Dairy Farm. Our location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and medical offices but still secluded enough to let residents feel like they are in a private and beautiful escape from the everyday.
Most of our 361 properties are two story homes that were built by several local builders. Some homes have Victorian architectural elements, while others are built to reflect the farm-house style the land originated from. There are numerous floor plans and various exterior landscaping styles that allows each home as unique as the owners would like them to be, provided they stay within the Silverleaf Covenants.
Our residents describe a family-oriented neighborhood with a sense of community that derives, in part, from a shared recreation center. Our Pavilion and Recreation Area includes a metered pool with a brick Pavilion, covered picnic area, three tennis courts, basketball court, playground and a field for soccer or baseball. We also have a neighborhood Swim Team, Gardening and Bridge Club and a number of Neighborhood Committees, to cater to the various interests of our members.
