In last night’s Board meeting the installation of a Fitness Trail was discussed.  The idea is to install Fitness stations around the Soccer Field. We anticipate that there will be 10 exercise stations in all.  The Board would purchase the equipment and materials if we provide the labor.  The Board would like to put together a committee of homeowners interested in this project.  We need to put together:

  • A financial plan in order to solidify the final budget;
  • A Construction Plan in order to estimate the materials we will need and a schedule; and
  • Work plans for the volunteers who will help do the installations.

Well need planners, schedulers, project managers, and of course laborers.  This is a long term volunteer commitment (over several months) and will involve some physical labor. A great opportunity to help our community while making new friends. I’d like to be the first laborer volunteer (I could use the exercise).

If you would like to participate, I’d like to hear from you via the following form:

Winter Fun & Courtesy to Neighbors

On January 13, 2011, in Announcements, Community News, by Webmaster

With the recent snow storm there sure has been a lot of winter fun enjoyed by children & adults throughout the neighborhood. The Board would like to remind everyone to be careful, especially with the ice & be cautious where you play in the neighborhood. The Board would also like to remind everyone that each household/lot is the personal property of its owners. Just because there is snow on your neighbors property doesn’t open the private property status of your neighbors lot making it a public park for sleighing. Parents – please remind children about property boundaries. Please be courteous of your neighbors.

Attention: More Vehicle Break-ins

On December 22, 2010, in Announcements, Community Watch, by Webmaster

We have experienced several vehicle break-ins over the last 24 hours. Please ensure you keep your garage doors closed and car doors locked. For the most part these thieves are looking for easy targets but we have had a window smashed out to get to a wallet left in a car. Also please try not leave valuables in plain sight in your car even if it is locked. If anyone sees something suspicious please call the police as soon as possible. We will try to increase our officer patrols during the holidays but you can help by taking these easy precautions. Thank you.
