We are a quiet, upper-middle-class neighborhood tucked off of Old Spartanburg Road in Greer, on land that was formerly a dairy farm. Our location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and medical offices.

Most of our 361 properties are two story homes that were built by several local builders. Many of our Homes are built of brick, while others have vinyl siding. Some homes have Victorian architectural elements. There are numerous floor plans and exterior elevations that make each home somewhat unique.

Our residents describe a family-oriented neighborhood with a sense of community that derives, in part, from a shared recreation center. Which includes a metered pool with a brick Pavilion, picnic area, three tennis courts, basketball court, playground and a field for soccer/baseball.
